These terms cover your use of the Cosmetic Buddy app, made by THE ALCHEMIST CODE LTD. By using Cosmetic Buddy you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What Cosmetic Buddy does
Cosmetic Buddy helps you keep track of your cosmetics, the dates you give it and your routines. Use-by dates are calculated from the information you enter, such as the period after opening printed on a label. They are a reminder, not a safety guarantee: always follow the manufacturer's instructions, and stop using any product that has changed in smell, colour or texture or that irritates your skin. Cosmetic Buddy isn't medical advice.
Premium
- The free version holds up to 10 products at a time and shows ads. Premium adds unlimited products, routines with reminders and backups, and removes ads.
- Premium is a subscription, weekly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers; the store shows whether you're eligible before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your data
What you enter stays on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for keeping backups if you want them; deleting the app deletes its data.
Availability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to Cosmetic Buddy is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
